What are your shipping options?

We ship using USPS Ground and UPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship orders internationally at this time, or accept credit cards with international billing addresses.

My shipment was marked delivered, however I haven't received anything. What do I do now?

Shawna Solomon Collection assumes the fault of the courier on a shipment that is marked delivered, but is missing, lost or stolen. We will be happy to open up a case/claim for your purchase. If your case gets approved will issue a refund of the insured value of half of your purchase total.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reship any purchases that are missing, lost or stolen. 


What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept an exchange within 14 days of delivery.  Please reach  out shop@shawnasolomon,com to authorize an exchange. 

Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be exchanged. Shipping is not refunded.

30% restock fee on all returns received after the 14 day timeframe.



Because each box is curated custom for you, we are unable to process box returns. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us with your concerns.Can I return my online order in-store?

Online orders can be exchanged in-store, store policy of merchandise credit applies for online returns to the physical store location with 7 days of receipt. 

How long does the exchange process take?

Once your return is received at our store it takes approximately 2 days to process the return, after the item is received. You will receive a credit or an exchange 48-72 hours after item/s are received. Returns cannot be made on items not in their original packaging. For the safety of our clients, ALL returns on jewelry and personal items cannot be returned. Items not received or delivered within the timeframe, will be forwarded back to the original order address. 

I received an item that is damaged, what should I do?

Please note all products are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our boutique to make sure you are receiving the best product. If we've sent you a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately at shop@shawnasolomon.com and we will assist you with a resolution. All requests for wrong or damaged items must be received within 3 days of receiving your package.
